Quarterly Labour Forces Survey (QLFS) Employment & Unemployment Data - 2019 to 2023

This dataset contains two data files.

The first contains the employment status of South Africans, disaggregated by geography; employment status; year; and quarter. The second data file contains the unemployment status of South Africans, disaggregated by geography; unemployment status; year; and quarter

NOTE: This data is available at national, provincial and metro level only. Due to the coefficient of variation (CV) exceeding 30% for most metros in Q4 -2021, Statistics South Africa made the decision not to publish them.
